Instructions For A 30 Minute Sterilization Cycle
- Carefully lift the aluminum case out of the box using the attached shoulder straps to avoid bumping the ozone intake nozzle.
- Remove the blue nozzle protector on the left side of the case
- Open the case to remove the Ozone Generator and place it next to the case.
- Remove the locking cash drawer.
- Firmly insert one end of the silicon tube into the ozone generator and the other end onto the stainless steel intake nozzle on the side of the case.
- Fill the case according to your requirements.
- Close the case with the latches pressed down.
- Plug in the ozone generator and set the TRI-X3 Ozone generator to 5 minutes, (Do Not Exceed 5 minuets).
- Set the hand timer to 30minutes.
- Press start and the timer will count down to ZERO
- The timer provides an additional 25 minutes for the Ozone to dissipate.
Important
- Do not exceed 5 minutes.
- Wait for the timer’s loud series of beeps after 30 minutes before opening the case.
- Do not stand directly over the case during the sanitization period.
- Do not stand over the case for the first 10 minutes.
- You may notice a slight Ozone odor during the sanitization period. Which is below OSHA safety standards which is tested with a precision Ozone Meter
Optical Frame Sterilization
Sterilize Up To 100 Frames in Only 25 Minuets
- Carefully lift the aluminum case out of the box using the attached shoulder straps.
- Remove the blue nozzle protector.
- Open the case to remove the Ozone Generator and place it next to the case.
- Firmly insert one end of the silicon tube into the ozone generator and the other end onto the stainless steel intake nozzle on the side of the case.
- Fill the case according to your requirements.
- Place approximately 20 frames in the case. Four mesh separation plates are supplied. This is an optional procedure to sterilize up 100 frames with 5 layers of 20 frames.
- Close the case with the latches pressed down.
- Plug in the ozone generator and set the TRI-X3 Ozone generator to five minutes.
- Set the timer to 25 minutes. Press start and the timer will count down to ZERO. The timer provides an additional 20 minutes for the Ozone to dissipate.
- Wait until the timer beeps before opening the case.
- You may notice a slight Ozone odor during the sanitization period.
- Do not stand directly over the case during the sanitization period.

4 Mesh Separation plates
This is an optional accessory if you need to sterilize a large batch of frames.These plates can be placed between layers of 20 to 25 frames to prevent scratching and surface contact
