Instructions

• Remove STERI-SPRAY from the box and attach the stainless steel Spray Wand to the Lever Handgun.
• Clip the Spray Wand onto the two tank brackets.
• Remove the 2 blue masking tape strips and insert the silicon tube with the grey aeration stone into the 5 gallon tank.
• Fill the reservoir with 5 gallons of water. This will stabilize the units balance.
• Charge the lithium ion Battery with the battery charger in the accessory box. The charger’s LED will change color from red to green when the battery is fully charged.
• Firmly insert one end of the silicon tube into the Ozone Generator and the other end into the stainless steel fitting located behind the filler cap on the reservoir. Remove the blue plastic cover and replace it after the water has been supercharged with ozone.
• Do not turn on the Ozone Generator without water.
• Set the Ozone Generator’s timer to 15 minutes.

Guidelines

• Water Infused Ozone only lasts for 15 to 20 minutes. The pumps capacity is 1 gallon per minute so it should be easy to spray 5 gallons in less than 15 minutes.
• If you are unable to finish spraying in 15 minutes the remaining water in tank needs to be recharged.
• Set the Ozone Generator to 10 minutes for 3 gallons.
• Set the Ozone Generator to 5 minutes for 2 gallons.
• We recommend adjusting the spray nozzle to a fine mist.
• Spray sufficient ozone infused water to last for 30 seconds before drying.
• The disinfection time for water infused ozone is 10 to 15 seconds.
• The lithium ion battery will spray 40 gallons of ozone Infused Water on a single charge.
• The 1 gallon per minute pump has a demand feature which automatically activates the pump when the spray trigger is pressed.
